Ceri Jury - CEO
Ceri (BA Hons, CPHR, Belbin Certified) is the founder and CEO of Advancer. She is a leading business and teaming advisor for HR consulting, people & culture, leadership and workforce planning projects.
Ceri draws on her experience from senior leadership and executive roles in HR and organisational planning within government, SMEs and large complex organisations. Ceri has worked and reported to numerous boards and governance forums and regularly consulted to the Ministerial level within government.
Ceri is the founder and CEO of Advancer.ai, a leading AI HR Advice platform that services clients in Australia and Asia. She was a finalist in 2024 Queensland AI Awards for the Most Promising Early-Stage AI Technology, that recognised innovative early-stage AI technologies with significant potential for future impact and development.
Llew Jury - Executive Director
Llew (BA, GAICD) is a leading digital & business innovation leader who’s foundered, globally expanded and exited two digital agencies over the past 25 years.
He’s the Executive Chairman and General Partner of Sprint Ventures, an Australian Venture Capital firm with 3 funds that is backed by institutional investors, where he provides board governance, go to market strategy and capital raising advice to Sprint’s portfolio companies.
He is the former Founder & Managing Director of The Reload Group one of Australia’s largest independent digital agencies with 90 staff in 4 countries, which he built, globally expanded and then sold to Hardie Grant Media in 2022. Llew additionally co-foundered web design and app development agency Alfresco, which he sold in 2006 to a consortium led by the ASX listed STW Group.
