Llew Jury - Executive Director
From Llew:
I’ve built, grown and exited two businesses over the past 25 years and loved every minute of the journey, including all the highs and lows of building, scaling and managing teams! I’m passionate about helping other founders, owners and businesses realise their value so they too can make a positive impact on the humans, ecosystem and world that they influence. I’ve known Ceri for 30 years and we now have the pleasure of working together with aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs from all over the world.
Llew’s bio:
Llew (BA, GAICD, FIML) is a leading digital & business innovation leader who’s foundered and exited numerous digital businesses over the past 25 years. As an award winning business owner he’s built & developed huge revenue and profit streams for clients throughout Australia and overseas. He’s the Executive Chairman and Founder of Sprint Ventures, an Australian Venture Capital firm with 18 early stage businesses that sees Llew mentor, provide board governance and advise in all areas of their growth. He is the former Founder & Managing Director of The Reload Group (Australia, UK, APAC) with 100 staff, which he sold to Hardie Grant Media in 2022. He is the former Founder & Director of Alfresco which was sold to an ASX consortium led by the STW Group. He has been the Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) at Telstra’s Muru-D River City Labs Accelerator, one of Australia’s most well-regarded startup accelerators and EiR Bentleys Carefactor Aged Care Accelerator.

Ceri Jury - Executive Director
From Ceri:
After working as an Executive Director of People and Culture within Health, I decided to start my own business to help businesses build a better future. With over a decade of experience working in business and human resources, I wanted to create a program to guide business owners through the first steps of starting a business and then growing and selling a business. When I met Llew in the UK, our combined experiences helped us create a business platform that has been tested and proven time and time again. We’re honored to have the opportunity to not only help you grow, but to help you Advance!
Ceri’s Bio:
Ceri (BA Hons, CPHR, Belbin Certified) is the founder of Advancer and a leading advisor for HR consulting, people & culture, leadership, team building and workforce planning. She’s the founder of Advancer’s team dynamics program Five Star Teams that includes Belbin. Ceri draws on her experience from roles as an executive director of HR within small, medium and large complex organisations.
