Advancer consulted with Southbank Corporation at the CEO level to implement an organisational wide performance management and HR framework that would assist managers make faster and better employee performance decisions. The Advancer program included widespread consulting and analysis, deep executive and manager engagement, staff consultation including meetings, development of policies, training programs and ongoing review documentation. Advancer was also tasked with evaluating Southbank’s WH&S requirements and the implementation of widespread safety management systems, controls and personnel across the organisation.
