Advancer was a principal consultant in the development and implementation of two recent strategic planning processes for large health entities. The process consisted of targeted foundational information gathering, facilitation of workshops with Board, executive and high level stakeholder as key participants, training of internal resources to become key ambassadors for the plan and to assist in the internal consultation process and external consultation processes including co facilitating stakeholder events with in excess of 200 participants. Advancer also worked with executive teams to develop a rigorous service wide operational plan that served as a template for departmental plans to follow. Outcomes included Information gathering and stakeholder consultation, Workshop facilitation with the Board and executive, Staff engagement and consultation and the Development of a service wide operational plan.
