At kick off, we launch into the discovery phase that includes you/your teams and our staff. There’s plenty of whiteboard sessions at this stage and we’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of your business goals, the idea, markets, monetisation strategy and many other key areas. We’ll also closely work with you to research market perception/sentiment, competitors and target markets.
