Founder & Director
Ceri (BA Hons, CPHR) is the founder of Advancer, a leading HR & Business Strategy company. She’s also the founder of team dynamics program Five Star Teams.
Ceri draws on her experience from roles as an executive director of HR within small, medium and large organisations.
Ceri’s innovative approach and change management experience were key when she led the successful implementation of high-level strategic initiatives in Queensland Health. Examples of Ceri’s projects have been the implementation of doctors contracts in Hospital and Health Services across Queensland and the Metro North Hospital and Health Service workforce renewal and organisational structure projects.
Ceri has also worked as an HR subject matter expert and strategic advisor on HR projects for clients such as Brisbane Marketing, Super Butcher, Yourtown, AlphaPharm and Kapiche.
Ceri’s an accredited Belbin team roles facilitator.

Once the roles are identified and understood, Advancer takes teams through an action-oriented five-step process that will establish the foundational language, process and behaviours, build resilience in individuals and teams, enabling businesses to manage the complex dynamics of change and uncertainty so many of us face today.
Advancer uses Belbin Team Roles as the preferred team behaviour toolkit as it’s suited to companies scaling and growing and organisations that value team behaviour over personality testing. Advancer are qualified Belbin practitioners.
