As an award winning business owner he’s built & developed huge revenue and profit streams for clients throughout Australia and overseas.

Llew is the Chair & Executive Director of Reload Business Group, Queensland’s leading digital marketing agency and a global digital marketing and consulting group that includes Reload Media, Reload Consulting, Reload Media (NZ) & Reload Digital (UK).

He is also the Entrepreneur in Residence at Muru-D and the River City Labs Accelerator, one of Australia’s most well regarding start up accelerators.

Llew’s a speaker and presenter through his LlewJury.com brand and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and holds a bachelors degree from the ANU.

Ceri’s the founder, principal consultant and Managing Director of Advancer. She’s a respected workforce planning and human resources strategist with 20 years of HR & change management experience in corporate, government and board level consulting.

Ceri is CAHRI and BA (Hons) qualified and is a former Executive Director of Workforce and Organisational Development and Executive Director of HR within large organisations. Ceri’s specialisations include people strategy, leadership development, teaming, human resources, workforce planning, change management and performance management.

She’s also an accredited Belbin team roles facilitator, Climate Change for Teams consultant and consults with clients throughout Australia.
